At Smart World Partnership Forum, we value your trust and strive to provide a transparent experience for our virtual seminars and award ceremonies. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.
1. Payment Processing (Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles all refund transactions to ensures security and reliability.
2. General Participant Registration ($10)

Benefits: Full access to Zoom Session Keynote & Panel Discussions, Networking Opportunities, and an International E-Certificate.

Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the virtual event.

Non-refundable: Registration fees are non-refundable once the event has commenced or if the Digital Certificate has already been issued to the participant.
3. Award Nomination ($100)

Benefits: Professional Jury Evaluation, Official Digital Certificate, Digital Award Badge, and Global Gallery Recognition.

100% Refund Guarantee: If your application is not selected or nominated for an award by our professional jury board, you will receive a 100% refund of the $100 fee.

Refund Timeline: For non-selected candidates, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after the official announcement of final nominations.

Non-refundable: If you are successfully nominated and choose to withdraw, the fee is non-refundable as the jury evaluation process has already been completed.
4. VIP Membership (Invitation Only)

Benefits: Lifetime Priority Access, Honorable Web Recognition, VIP Digital Identity Kit, and Exclusive Partner Resources.

Refund Policy: As this is a selection-based premium membership, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis only if the request is made before the issuance of VIP digital credentials.

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal).

7. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event that Smart World Partnership Forum cancels a seminar or ceremony, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit for a future event.
