  • Individual Use: Each registration is valid for one participant only.

  • Link Security: The Zoom or virtual event access link provided upon successful payment is unique to the registrant. Sharing access links with unregistered users or publicly is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your access without a refund.

2. Payment and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all billing, payment processing, and related customer service inquiries. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions in addition to ours.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, presentations, digital materials, and recordings provided during our seminars or award ceremonies are the exclusive property of Smart World Partnership Forum.

  • You may not record, redistribute, sell, or broadcast any part of the event without prior written consent from us.

  • Materials provided are for personal/professional development use only.

4. Attendee Conduct

To ensure a productive environment, all participants must maintain professional decorum:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or spamming in virtual chats and Q&A sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session for misconduct without a refund.

Smart World Partnership Forum is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant’s side (e.g., internet connection, device compatibility) that may prevent them from accessing the live virtual event.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
